Program Overview Advance your career with an EdS in Curriculum and Instruction
To broaden your curriculum expertise and instructional skills, we have developed courses that act as a learning laboratory where you are able to bring curriculum issues and classroom experiences to your coursework. You will work with experienced faculty to create instructional methods and strategies aimed at solving problems commonly found in teaching environments. These courses come alive allowing you to turn around and practice what you are learning simultaneously.
Learn up-to-date pedagogical theories while enhancing your content area knowledge and blending graduate level content courses. The majority of courses in the 36-credit program are delivered in a hybrid, accelerated 7-week format. You will engage with faculty and peers during weekly face-to-face interaction, as well as participate in meaningful asynchronous, online materials and activity.
Apply when it鈥檚 right for you. The EdS in Curriculum and Instruction accepts applications for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.
