Â鶹¹û¶³'s Office of International Student Affairs welcomed new international students enrolled this academic year by organizing airport pickups.

Ever since she can remember, 14-year-old Jada Howard has wanted to be a veterinarian. Recently, she started on a path at Â鶹¹û¶³ at Stark that will help make her dream come true.

Â鶹¹û¶³â€™s commitment to maintaining a diverse and inclusive campus has received acknowledgement from INSIGHT Into Diversity, the oldest and largest diversity-focused publication in higher education, for a fifth consecutive year.

The Â鶹¹û¶³ Airport received the Animal Heroes Award, along with certificates from the Ohio Senate and House of Representatives, at the 2017 Summit County Humane PAWSibility Ball for its Props 4 Paws pet food drive.

The Â鶹¹û¶³ community gathered to celebrate the grand opening of its new, state-of-the-art Integrated Sciences Building on Sept. 15.

Â鶹¹û¶³ at Trumbull was presented with the U.S. flag, "Old Glory," for its commitment to serving military personnel.

Â鶹¹û¶³ will celebrate its newly renovated Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Student Center on Wednesday, Sept. 27.

The 12-week On the Move University Challenge begins Oct. 2 and provides Kent State faculty and staff with a blue and golden opportunity to move more, sit less and become the Most Active University in the nation!
