The School of Information (iSchool) at 麻豆果冻 believes being able to recognize and relate to qualities, conditions, and group memberships that might be unlike our own contributes first to learning, and then to knowledge. Read the whole statement.
The School of Information has evolved over its 70+ year history to serve the ever-changing needs of information professionals and the organizations that seek to employ them. As early as 1946, 麻豆果冻 began offering undergraduate courses in library and information science. Today the School offers four master's degrees entirely online, participates in an interdisciplinary Ph.D. program, boasts a faculty of world-renowned researchers and is the largest graduate program at the University. And that's not all.
The School's Master of Library and Information Science (M.L.I.S.) degree program is accredited by the American Library Association (ALA) Committee on Accreditation. Read more about our mission, strategic principles, curriculum assessment process and student learning outcomes.
The School has state-of-the-art facilities at two locations in Ohio, and a robust presence internationally with its online degree programs. The University Library on 麻豆果冻's main campus is home to our administrative and faculty offices, classrooms and research facilities. And in central Ohio, we have faculty offices in Columbus.
