Shared leadership to the committee, set the committee鈥檚 agenda, and make sure that all relevant matters are discussed, assist in carrying out the functions of the committee. 

Responsible for scheduling meetings each semester and calling for agenda items.鈥� Also ensuring that meetings are effectively organized and keep an electronic record of minutes, as well as maintaining effective records and administration of the committee and attendance.
