    The MS in Leadership and Innovation degree program is designed to fit into your busy lifestyle. That’s why our leadership master’s programÌý´Ç´Ú´Ú±ð°ùs accelerated seven-week terms and flexible in-person, online, and hybrid courses. Whether you are looking for a fully online MS in Leadership, or a program that has in-person options, the MS in Leadership and Innovation program at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø¿ª½± has the flexibility to meet your needs as an adult learner.

    Each course meets once a week and sessions are scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. during weekdays to accommodate working professionals. Program start dates are January, May, and August.
